Job summary

GEICO in Virginia Beach is hiring an Auto Customer Service Representative. You will guide policyholders through coverage needs, address billing inquiries, and deliver world‑class service. The role involves handling high‑volume calls and providing thoughtful recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience required; 3+ years preferred. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
