Job summary

VH Devro is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build trusted advisor relationships with North American customers, handling order intake and fulfillment checks, sample shipments, order tracking, and documentation such as specifications. The role requires strong communication, experience in sales or customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.

The position starts onsite in San Antonio for three months then blends onsite and remote work in a hybrid setup;

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Customer service focussed with excellent relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards is advantageous.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders that allow the position to be the voice of customers and Sales.
• Processing purchase orders to operations in preparation for shipping.
• Manage overall customer satisfaction, responding to queries and ensuring that customer needs and problems are escalated accordingly.
• Have a deep understanding of customer needs with ability to respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend sales seminars, meetings or educational activities to stay updated on the latest developments, trends and regulations as required.
