Job summary

Elitek Vehicle Services is seeking a Customer Service Team member to deliver world-class support with expert knowledge, friendly communication, and efficient problem solving.

The role handles high-volume calls, uses Outlook, Word, and Excel, and collaborates with field staff to create work orders and schedule service calls. Hybrid schedule with in-office Tue-Thu, remote Mon and Fri; starting pay $18–$23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual: English & Spanish or English & French preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience by listening, solving problems, and delivering results.
• Use product knowledge and communication skills to build trust and create lasting relationships.
• Navigate business systems with confidence to ensure accuracy and efficiency for every customer interaction.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with new & existing customers with professionalism and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Perform heavy phone activity and computer use, handling field staff requests/inquiries.
