Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Customer Solutions Professional in Carrollton, TX. This hybrid role focuses on efficiently handling orders, inquiries, and concerns while tailoring services to meet each customer's needs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver proactive, high-quality service. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary responder for customer inquiries and grievances.
• Address and rectify issues related to pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping.
• Navigate company systems and processes to independently resolve concerns.
• Offer proactive and efficient service to all customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Enhance customer retention by anticipating and meeting evolving needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to order entry protocols.
• Build and nurture relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and more.
• Keep customer account details current within Salesforce.
• Contribute to training and development of new hires through shadowing.
