Videojet Technologies, part of Veralto, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to drive customer retention and growth. You will handle orders for consumables and spare parts, manage disputes, renew maintenance contracts, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating with our dispatch center in Holland.

We seek someone with administrative or sales background, excellent Excel skills, CRM experience (SFDC preferred), and good English.

• Administrative or sales background
• Good relationship skills
• Excel proficiency
• Experience with CRMs
• English is an asset

Responsabilités

• Support incoming requests for orders of consumables and spare parts
• Manage Litigations
• Renew customer maintenance contracts
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure loyalty
• Liaise with our dispatch center in Holland to keep customers informed on their deliveries
• Participate in outbound call campaigns to secure additional sales
