Responsibilities

• Coordinate leads and customer follow-up: track inquiries and route them to the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate sales information and reporting in CRM and other systems.
• Support proposals, configurations, pricing documents, and sales materials.
• Organize customer visits and sales activities: meetings, demos, and events.
• Support documentation and delivery: contracts, orders, and transitions to Aftermarket/Product Support.
• Connect Sales with internal resources: collaborate with Marketing and other teams for campaigns and coordination.
• Help improve sales processes: CRM workflows, reporting, templates, and research.
