CSafe Global is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our world-class team at our World Headquarters in Monroe, Ohio. You will support the commercial team with quotes and lead times, process orders, and coordinate all logístical requirements, working closely with internal departments.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote weekend work, and you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our global

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of customer service experience preferably in a leasing/technical company.
• Excellent communicator, verbal and written in English.
• Proficient IT skills for system management and Office 365 applications.
• Experience using CRM system.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase orders and leases across CSafe’s full product and service range.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries using product knowledge and internal channels.
• Liaise with internal departments to manage enquiries, orders and lease requests end-to-end.
• Take responsibility for full resolution of assigned complaints and incidents with relevant departments.
• Ensure personal performance meets KPI targets.
• Complete trainings to keep skills in line with role requirements.
• Maintain in-office presence three to four days a week.
