Miltenyi Biotec North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for accurately processing customer orders, answering inquiries, and coordinating with product managers, sales, finance, and supply chain. Qualifications

• Must have meticulous attention to detail and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through multiple channels.
• Process orders for research consumables and instruments through full order cycle.
• Manage transactions for medium complexity orders and quotes.
• Follow SOPs and comply with ISO/PCI regulations.
• Validate account information against customer POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Assess and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliant orders.
• Review quotes, discounts, and promotions for applicability.
• Ensure accurate order processing from order to delivery and payment.
