Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 3 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service with logistics preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling high volume emails and calls and guiding customers from order placement to resolution.
• Monitor orders, shipments, backorders, and delays using internal tools; coordinate shipping and delivery.
• Address product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, and general information; assist with phone orders.
• Process and maintain sales orders, returns, warranty claims, and transactions in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, and Service teams to resolve issues.
