Miltenyi Biotec in Auburn, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to process orders for research and clinical consumables, instruments and services. You will coordinate with customers, product managers, sales, finance, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery, accurate orders and customer satisfaction across US and global operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or higher, 4+ years of customer service, B2B experience, and proficiency with SAP ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of Customer Service experience
• Minimum of 2 years B2B Customer Service experience in life sciences, medical device, or pharma industry
• Minimum of 2 years Order Entry / Order Processing experience

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders through full order cycle in SAP ERP and enter into ERP system
• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
• Coordinate with product managers, sales, finance and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery
• Adhere to SOPs; comply with ISO, PCI and regulatory standards
• Validate account information and resolve discrepancies for compliant orders
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliant orders and effective pricing
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery across the supply chain
• Maintain documentation and traceability of customer interactions
