LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative in Batavia, Ohio for a contract-to-hire role. The position is hybrid and focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone and email, handling orders, inquiries, and issue resolution.

You will coordinate with other teams, maintain records, and assist with quotes, documentation, and data entry while building strong customer relationships.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, order processing, call center, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, shipping status, product availability, pricing, and account information.
• Research and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update information in company systems.
• Track orders from placement to delivery and communicate status updates.
