Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Ohio. In this hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 from home), you will interface with customers, manage orders, and collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service and sustainable solutions.

You will engage in issue resolution, order management, and process improvement, leveraging CRM/ERP tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex cases.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Support Account Managers in select meetings and share insights.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with cross‑functional teams.
• Track metrics and participate in process improvement.
