Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and follow up as needed.
• Process orders: take order, print, allocate inventory, and arrange direct shipments.
• Update order comments and inform customers of delivery status.
• Interface with customers to resolve problems related to orders.
• Process direct shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Process sample requests and handle customer complaints with documentation and corrective actions.
• Maintain Certificate of Analysis files and customer information in Chempax.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and word processing.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and promote teamwork.
