Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders and enter them accurately in the ERP system.
• Allocate inventory and arrange direct shipments; coordinate freight and customer-specific instructions.
• Update order comments and keep customers informed about deliveries and PO instructions.
• Interface with customers to resolve issues and process sample requests.
• Handle customer complaints including documentation, disposition and corrective action.
• Maintain customer information in the ERP and update comments for requirements.
• Support a clean, safe work environment and promote teamwork across departments.
