Job summary

ROHM Semiconductor USA, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Otay Mesa, San Diego County office. This entry-to-junior level role supports the Customer Service Sales team by processing orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, quotes, and coordinating with internal teams and ROHM Japan counterparts. A HS diploma and 1–3 years in similar work are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or related admin sales support experience (semiconductor/ hi-tech preferred).
• HS diploma or equivalent; 2 years post-secondary education or strong training; or recent graduate with a BA/BS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel/Outlook/Word; familiarity with databases and computerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative sales support tasks for outside/field sales, CS, reps, accounting and end users.
• Data entry for customer orders and respond to order inquiries.
• Manage order information: stock availability, expediting, delivery dates, pricing; modify orders as needed.
• Prepare quotes for Outside Sales and communicate with customers and internal teams.
