Job summary

The Crew Facility Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support commercial service, maintenance, and project work across the Twin Cities metro area.

This role offers growth opportunities within an expanding electrical department and the chance to contribute to estimating, bidding, and project management. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems in occupied facilities, read blueprints, and collaborate with other trades.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License
• 5+ years of electrical field experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience performing electrical service work independently
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely in occupied commercial facilities and active job sites

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Perform commercial and residential electrical service work
• Install electrical wiring, panels, breakers, switches, lighting, and related equipment
• Complete remodel, tenant improvement, and maintenance projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Maintain accurate documentation of labor, materials, and completed work
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, contractors, and team members
• Coordinate work with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting divisions
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist in developing processes, procedures, and best practices for the electrical department
• Assist with estimating, bidding, and project planning opportunities as needed
• Mentor apprentices and support future team growth when needed
