Daryl Jolma - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support team efficiency, and maintain outstanding customer service in our State Farm agency.

The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates clearly, and drives accountability. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement and requires willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license if needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in office management or administrative leadership role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ECRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital file systems.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Knowledge of State Farm procedures or insurance agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, ensuring workflows and systems run efficiently.
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate schedules, meetings, and training.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring SOP adherence.
• Maintain supply inventory, office equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee cash/check handling and deposit reconciliation per agency SOP.
• Monitor ECRM task management and follow-up activities.
• Ensure agency compliance with State Farm procedures and documentation standards.
• Lead quality assurance efforts, reviewing client interactions and file accuracy.
• Facilitate a professional, welcoming environment for clients and team members.
