The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates clearly, and drives accountability. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement and requires willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license if needed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our State Farm agency. This role ensures the office runs smoothly, supports team efficiency, and maintains our commitment to outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate leads by example, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and fosters a culture of accountability and excellence. While this is a full‑time role, we are open to a hybrid arrangement (part‑time in office, part‑time remote) for the right candidate. The candidate must also be willing to obtain a license for Property and Casualty insurance.
