The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience and the ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship. You will mentor a team and ensure high standards in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of supervisory background.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Experience managing customer orders, quotes, deliveries, and returns in ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer communications, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage transactions in ERP including quotes, SOs, delivery, and returns.
• Incoterm knowledge and application in shipments.
• Perform contract review on customer POs and liaise with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Warehouse & Logistics to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales and Procurement to update system backlogs for shipping changes.
• Comply with policies and support ASAT, IMEX, and audits.
• Lead and develop a team to drive operational excellence in Customer Service.
• Set team objectives, monitor performance, and drive KPI achievement.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to foster growth.
