Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer communications and resolve inquiries.
• Manage ERP transactions including quotes, sales orders, delivery, and returns.
• Coordinate with Sales and Procurement to update backlogs for shipping changes.
• Perform contract reviews on customer POs with cross-department collaboration.
• Lead a team to drive operational excellence in Customer Service.
• Set team objectives and monitor KPIs; provide coaching and training.
