Qualifications

• 2–3 years of dispatch or call center experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound service calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate dispatch of field personnel and notify teams of new jobs.
• Document corrective steps and track issue resolution.
• Dispatch service calls to Technicians to address and resolve issues in the field.
• Manage status logs and ensure timely dispatch of calls.
