Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Account Coordinator to support our US and Canadian sales efforts and external customers.

The role centers on email and phone communication with installation partners and corporate contacts, handling product availability questions, and processing customer orders with attention to detail. The position requires strong written and verbal communication, professionalism, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• Four or more years of combined education and/or experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with installation partners and corporate contacts via email/phone; provide product knowledge and order status.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely; coordinate with Traffic, Distribution, and Invoicing teams to ensure on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with Pricing Analyst on quotes and with Demand Planning to meet lead times.
• Create production work orders for equipment to meet customer dates and document communications.
• Prepare customer reports in Excel/Word for after-sales support; maintain organized spreadsheets for tracking.
