MSA Safety in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to input orders, support customers, and create a positive customer experience. The role is 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, with hybrid on-site work after a training period.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, Esker, and order management systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill order entry transactions following departmental processes.
• Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls.
• Build knowledge of all major product groups to support customer contacts.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Process credit requests and provide proof of deliveries.
• Provide customer support while navigating multiple computer sessions.
