Job summary

MSA Safety in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to input orders, support customers and create a positive customer experience. This is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday role with a hybrid on-site arrangement after training.

You will fulfill order entry, answer calls, learn major product groups, resolve issues, and process credits while managing multiple computer sessions. Strong communication and Office 365 proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in active listening and understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill order entry transactions following departmental processes.
• Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls.
• Build knowledge of major product groups to support customer contacts.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
• Process credit requests and resolve mis-shipments with proof of deliveries.
• Provide customer support while navigating multiple computer sessions.
• Escalate calls appropriately when needed.
