Qualifications

• Strong data entry and system navigation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Tactful in conflict resolution situations.
• Ability to manage a large workload with multitasking and organizing skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance to support the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for dealers, distributors, and business customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Support order services activities including account maintenance, order changes, returns, credits, and claims.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and related requests.
• Provide timely information on order status, shipment tracking, product availability, and policies.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Assist with part identification, pricing, availability, and related research.
• Research and resolve order, shipment, and service-related issues; route to appropriate departments as needed.
• Contribute to team process documentation and communicate gaps to leadership.
