Job summary

The Toro Company, including its American Augers division in West Salem, OH, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support end users, dealers, distributors, and agents with parts inquiries and order-related needs. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely response.

Responsibilities include researching parts questions, processing claims, and maintaining strong customer relationships while leveraging SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years progressive experience in order processing and technical customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills in person, by telephone, and in writing.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills quickly.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve parts-related issues for AA customers including dealers, distributors, end users, and agents.
• Assist with resolution of shipping claims, debits, credits, and return goods authorizations; coordinate with involved parties.
• Maintain relationships with assigned customers through regular contact and issue resolution.
• Utilize SAP to plan and allocate orders and coordinate shipping with centers and suppliers.
