Job summary

The Toro Company’s Siteworks division seeks an Equipment Technical Support Representative to provide front-line technical support for light construction and electric equipment. You will handle high volumes of calls and emails, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and assist dealers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Roles require an associate degree or technical certification, with 0–2+ years for entry and 3–5+ for mid-level, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in mechanical/electrical/heavy equipment or equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years in technical support, equipment service, or construction/light equipment preferred.
• 3-5+ years in technical support, equipment service, or construction/light equipment required for Mid level.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume calls, emails, and case requests with strong customer service.
• Develop knowledge across Siteworks equipment including battery, hybrid, and electronic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, and electrical issues using schematics and manuals.
• Provide frontline technical support to dealers, distributors, rental partners, and internal teams.
