Job summary

The Toro Company in Minnesota is seeking a Warranty Operations Specialist to support warranty programs, process claims, and assist dealers and distributors. The role emphasizes system administration, reporting, and policy handling while ensuring timely, accurate warranty operations.

You will work in a hybrid setting with cross-functional collaboration across the warranty team, Information Services, and business partners. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years in customer support, warranty administration, dealer support, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive in improving warranty processes and training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication, professional emails.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dealer and distributor warranty inquiries.
• Provide timely claim status updates and communication.
• Assist dealers in navigating warranty systems and processes.
• Escalate issues to appropriate resources when needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners.
• Generate and distribute standard warranty reports.
• Maintain policy documentation and communications.
• Monitor warranty system functionality and perform tests.
• Process special parts return requests and RGA tasks.
• Respond to routine warranty-related inquiries.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, Operations, Customer Service, or related field
