Job summary

Veritiv Corp. is seeking a Customer Relations Project Manager to drive business performance at local and national levels. You will oversee end-to-end order management, coordinate with Sales and customers, and manage quoting, profitability, and supply chain lead times.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft). A Bachelor's degree is preferred; hybrid work from the Grand Prairie office is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related job experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of major ERP software applications such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management from receipt through to delivery.
• Support Sales & customer communication: liaise between Sales Representatives and customers.
• Manage quoting & profitability: lead quoting activities and identify opportunities to improve account profitability.
• Coordinate supply chain & lead times: work with vendors and customers to manage lead times and expedite orders.
• Prevent & manage backorders: monitor inventory and avoid stockouts where possible.
• Ensure data & invoicing accuracy: set up customer, item, and vendor master data; ensure timely invoicing.
• Lead quality & testing programs: address product or service issues and coordinate testing.
• Implement national programs locally: execute corporate initiatives at the local level.
