Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Customer Relations Project Manager for a hybrid role based at the Grand Prairie office. You will drive key projects from inception to completion, coordinating order management, invoicing accuracy, and data integrity across national accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. Join a team focused on cost-effective supply chains and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related job experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills.
• Familiarity with major ERP software (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Representatives and customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Lead quoting activities and profitability initiatives to optimize margins.
• Coordinate supply chain and lead times with vendors and customers to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor inventory to prevent backorders and expedite orders when needed.
• Oversee data setup for customer, item, and vendor master data and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Lead quality and testing programs and coordinate sampling/testing actions.
• Implement corporate and national programs locally, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
