Responsabilidades

• Oversee End-to-End Order Management: manage the complete order flow from receipt to customer delivery.
• Support Sales & Customer Communication: liaise between Sales and customers with updates and issue resolution.
• Manage Quoting & Profitability: lead quoting activities and identify profitability improvements.
• Coordinate Supply Chain & Lead Times: work with vendors and customers to manage lead times and expediting.
• Prevent & Manage Backorders: monitor inventory and backorders, expediting orders when needed.
• Ensure Data & Invoicing Accuracy: oversee master data setup and timely invoicing.
• Lead Quality & Testing Programs: address issues and coordinate sampling/testing.
• Implement National Programs Locally: execute corporate initiatives at the local level.
