Veritiv is seeking a Customer Solutions Professional in Texas to foster loyalty by efficiently handling orders, addressing inquiries, and tailoring services to meet each customer's needs. You will work with Salesforce and other internal teams to resolve issues with speed and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication and diplomacy skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary responder for customer inquiries and grievances.
• Address pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping issues.
• Keep customer account details current in Salesforce.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and more.
• Train and mentor new hires.
