Job summary

Mid-States Bolt & Screw in Burton, Michigan is seeking a Customer Program Manager to serve as the operational owner for strategic accounts, coordinating inventory, demand planning, order fulfillment, and new product introductions across Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics.

This role blends customer relationship management with hands-on supply chain execution to keep service levels high and programs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Operates as the owner for strategic accounts coordinating inventory, demand planning, order fulfillment, new product introductions, and quality across multiple functions.
• Manages cross-functional projects and strategic accounts; experience with replenishment programs is a plus.
• ERP experience and data-driven analysis using BI tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts and lead recurring business reviews.
• Lead onboarding, product launches, and transitions; coordinate engineering changes and notifications.
• Monitor demand, forecasts, and inventory; work with Purchasing to resolve shortages and mitigate disruptions.
• Own order fulfillment performance, including backorders, expediting, on-time delivery, and shipping accuracy.
• Coordinate resolution of customer quality concerns and support root-cause/corrective action initiatives.
• Develop and report customer performance metrics and drive improvement actions.
• Identify supply chain risks and coordinate contingency plans.
