Job summary

MSH is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead technology and process initiatives across supply chain platforms. This high-visibility role owns complex programs from start to finish, aligns business needs with engineering delivery, and drives modernization and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology, including 3+ years in program or project management.
• Strong functional expertise in at least two of ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and automation tools; technical engineering background not required.

Responsibilities

• Build program charters, roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans; keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Document current and future state processes for leadership decision-making.
• Manage scope, risk, and change across multiple workstreams and push to closure.
• Learn existing processes and recommend practical optimization.
• Provide technical oversight across integrated systems and ensure clean data handoffs.
