Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in cross-functional manufacturing or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong schedule, risk management, and status reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned strategic customer programs.
• Own program execution from contract handoff through manufacturing and delivery.
• Lead program reviews, kickoff meetings, milestones, and risk discussions.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Sales.
• Translate requirements into clear actions, owners, deadlines, and milestones.
• Maintain program schedules and risk registers.
• Provide proactive updates on status, risks, and recovery actions.
• Identify and manage risks before they impact customers.
• Support customer visits, inspections, and post-delivery follow-up.
• Develop tools and reporting for the Customer Programs function.
