Job summary

Burtch Works is seeking a Manager, Product Management - Supply Chain to join our Technology and Supply Chain teams in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep supply chain expertise and hands-on experience delivering technology solutions.

You will own the technology strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and drive measurable business value through investments.

Qualifications

8+ years enabling supply chain technology solutions
5+ years in Product Management or leadership roles
3+ years of direct people leadership experience

Responsibilities

Own the supply chain technology strategy, roadmap, and portfolio
Lead end-to-end technology deployments across inventory, forecasting, planning, and distribution
Manage large-scale supply chain tech initiatives from concept to value realization
Develop and coach a high-performing cross-functional team
Partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive technology value
