Macnica Americas, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales – Customer Service professional in Novi, MI to own program-based supply management and prevent automotive Tier1 production disruption.

You will coordinate demand and supply with Software Service data, manage VMI distribution, and maintain inventory integrity across ERP/MRP systems. The role requires strong communication, ERP/EDI proficiency, and experience in long-term supply chain planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Inside Sales experience or equivalent.
• Understand a distributor’s position between suppliers and customers.
• Operate VMI through MRP system accurately.
• ERP/EDI proficiency (Oracle, SAP, AS400 or QuickBooks).

Responsabilités

• Own program-based supply management to prevent production disruption.
• Manage FCST input accuracy and alignment with program demand.
• Collaborate with Sales while retaining decision ownership.
• Maintain inventory integrity and optimize WoS.
