Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and sales order entry in a manufacturing or service industry, or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, and writing skills required to communicate with customers, partners, and employees.
• Intermediate analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and ERP system entries for accuracy and completeness. Facilitate and document required purchase order and post-acceptance changes and corrections with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Enter order information in the ERP system. Issue and maintain signed Sales Order Acknowledgements.
• Prepare Customer Account Credit Summaries and obtain appropriate level of approvals as required. Monitor customer credit and facilitate credit increase requests with Accounts Receivable as needed.
