Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Order Coordinator to be based in Warrendale, PA.

This hybrid role requires 2 days onsite and offers opportunities to work with cross-functional teams on order processing, credit management, and logistics. Applicants should have an Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in customer service and order entry within manufacturing or services, with strong MS Office and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and sales order entry in a manufacturing or service industry, or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, and writing skills required to communicate with customers, partners, and employees.
• Intermediate analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and document changes with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Enter order information in the ERP system and issue signed Sales Order Acknowledgements.
• Monitor customer credit and assist with approvals and collection processes.
• Coordinate purchasing of equipment/parts, production scheduling, and shipping activities for customer orders.
• Coordinate returns and issue Return Material Authorizations (RMA) as required.
