You will review and enter orders in ERP, manage credits, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and support invoicing and payments. The role requires an Associate’s degree with 3+ years in customer service or sales order entry, plus strong communication, analytical, and MS Office/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3+ years in customer service or sales order entry in manufacturing or service industry.
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, and writing skills for customers and colleagues.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and ERP entries for accuracy; coordinate changes with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Enter orders in ERP; issue and maintain Sales Order Acknowledgements.
• Prepare Customer Account Credit Summaries and coordinate approvals.
• Review non-standard Terms and Conditions and coordinate with Contracts Consultant for approval.
• Verify completeness of internal order and payment details before shipment.
• Maintain commission records and process commission payments.
• Coordinate purchasing, production scheduling, and shipping for orders with partners and internal departments.
• Coordinate returns with Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and issue RMAs.
• Support invoicing and collections by reviewing orders and documents.
• Assist with setup of progress payments in ERP.
• Represent CPSD professionally with customers, partners, and internal departments.
