Job summary

Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG) is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support guests, the Operation Support team, and the customer care department. You will help resolve service issues, fulfill manually booked products, and generate reports in a fast-paced, travel-and-entertainment environment.

The role requires handling guest escalations, data entry, and cross-team collaboration, with hybrid work and some in-office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, events, hospitality, or related ops.
• Strong computer skills and internet knowledge.
• Fluent or conversational Spanish a plus.
• Excellent communication and vendor-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest issues and manage escalations.
• Fulfill manually booked products and coordinate ticket transfers.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and partners.
• Assist vendors with various reports and data tasks.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records.
• Support Customer Care and Operations teams as needed.
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
