Job summary

Health & Happiness, parent of Zesty Paws, is hiring a customer service specialist in Orlando. This hybrid role involves assisting customers via phone, email, social media and chat, and collaborating with leadership to address product trends and issues.

You will update documents in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, maintain spreadsheets and reports for promotions, and help grow a positive, fast-paced customer experience. Office near UCF's campus in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities.
• Friendly, positive attitude and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, social media, and chat
• Provide trends and concerns regarding products to Leadership
• Updates documents for company tracking (i.e. excel, PPT, Sharepoint, etc.)
• Track and respond to customer concerns via Amazon
• Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment
• Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on the customer needs and past purchases
• Contribute ideas on improving the customer experience
• Maintain various spreadsheets, trackers and reports for marketing promotions and special projects
