You will be the link between sales and supply chain, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires collaboration across teams, the ability to adapt to change, and strong attention to detail. This is a hybrid position: four days onsite and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly growing and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Enter, verify, and follow up on customer orders in accordance with company document control procedures.
• Serve as the operational liaison within the Supply Chain team—interfacing with Sales, Production Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Finance.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including replenishment and buying teams.
• Coordinate and contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end fiscal close activities, including reconciliation and reporting in collaboration with Finance.
• Investigate order discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or delays and communicate resolutions clearly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve fulfillment challenges and continuously improve service levels.
• Deliver timely updates and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, including fill rate and on-time delivery, to ensure consistent performance against customer expectations.
