Job summary

The Order Fulfillment Specialist role at Dawar Consulting, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is a hybrid position overseeing the end-to-end order experience from inquiry to delivery.

You will handle customer communications, order changes, returns, credits/debits, invoicing, and logistics while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Training starts with 8 AM-5 PM EST, and regular hours are 9 AM-6 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree + 1 year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with order management, order fulfillment, customer service, or related operations.
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery via phone and email.
• Process order changes, replacements, returns, credits, and debits.
• Troubleshoot issues related to pricing, invoicing, products, and logistics.
• Track and analyze customer/order trends and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate product promotions, process changes, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Identify process improvements and support quality objectives.
• Provide reporting, specialized support, and assistance with special projects.
