Qnity is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to serve as a key connection between Product Management, Customer Service, Planning, and Supply Chain Operations. This onsite role ensures orders are fulfilled on time, identifies supply risks, and coordinates resolution activities before commitments are impacted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, demand planning, order management, or fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders and identify potential supply or delivery risks.
• Escalate at-risk orders and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize orders by customer segments.
• Resolve order exceptions via reschedules, substitutions, or inventory reallocations.
• Provide accurate order status updates and delivery commitments to Customer Service.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP and planning systems.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and customer requirements to support fulfillment decisions.
• Identify recurring fulfillment challenges and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to balance needs with constraints.
• Support monthly planning processes and day-to-day order execution.
