Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Finance Intern to support quote-to-cash processes, orders, and financial analysis. The role offers hands-on experience across multiple finance functions, including CSC FI and ES FI, with a hybrid/in-office schedule in Malvern, PA or Cary, NC and potential remote work during academic terms.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program, rising seniors (2028 graduates) preferred, and available to work full time in summer and 10–20 hours

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• Rising senior/2028 graduate preferred.
• Available to work full time during the summer and part time (10–20 hours per week) during fall and spring academic terms.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Quote & Contract Support: assist in quotes, contracts, and pricing compliance.
• Order Management & System Accuracy: pre-booking to booking activities and SAP data accuracy.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: build models and assist with multi‑year projects.
• Operational & Margin Support: track assets, inventory, and margin initiatives.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to finance, accounting, and quality policies.
