Job summary

Siemens Healthineers invites students to join as a Customer Finance Intern, gaining experience across Quote to Booking, Credit Collections, Pricebook Management, Lifecycle Management, ES FI, and CSC FI. Roles are based in Malvern, PA or Cary, NC with hybrid/in-office schedules for the summer and potential remote work during the academic year.

The program runs May/June through August full time (40 hours/week) and part time (10-20 hours/week) in fall/spring, with a start date of January 11, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• Rising senior/2028 graduate preferred.
• Must be available to work full time during the summer and part time (10-20 hours/week) during fall/spring terms.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred).
• Permanent US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Support quotes, contracts, approvals, and pricing adherence; track timelines.
• Coordinate order management and ensure accurate SAP data and pricing upon shipment.
• Assist with financial planning, reporting, and analysis for ES FI and CSC FI teams.
