You will lead financial controlling for service functions, deliver executive-level reports, and support capacity planning and pricing decisions to drive operational performance.

Formación

• Completed studies in business or finance.
• Experience in financial analysis and cost center controlling.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with actionable insights.
• Experience with data digitalization, automation and data visualization.
• Good understanding of financial planning processes and KPIs and their connection to operations.
• Experience supporting and driving business through financial analysis, executive communication and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as business partner to service leaders, managing day-to-day business.
• Lead financial controlling and planning processes; provide executive reports.
• Develop capacity planning models to support staffing decisions and headcount targets.
• Drive service efficiency improvements and document productivity measures.
• Develop and monitor costs for the DX service portfolio; collaborate on pricing decisions.
• Own annual service fair value process, including internal controls and audits.
• Support monthly close activities and ad-hoc requests.
