Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Customer Finance Intern for Spring 2027. Based in Malvern, PA or Cary, NC, the role offers a hybrid/in-office schedule with remote options during the academic year.

The program runs May through August with part-time terms in fall and spring. You will support quote to cash processes, order management, and financial analysis, gaining hands-on experience across QTB, C&C, PBM, LCM, ES FI, and CSC FI teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• Rising senior/2028 graduate preferred.
• Must be available to work full time during the summer and part time during fall/spring terms.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred and permanent U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Quote & Contract Support: assist with CRM quotes, contract terms, and approvals.
• Order Management & System Accuracy: pre-booking to booking activities and SAP data integrity.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: assist with models and management presentations.
• Operational & Margin Support: track assets, margins, and support CSC FI.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to finance, accounting, and quality policies.
