Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning, cost center controlling and executive reporting for service functions. You will develop capacity planning models, drive efficiency improvements and collaborate on pricing decisions in a hybrid US role near major sites.

The ideal candidate will have a business/finance background, strong analytical skills, experience with data automation and SAP/Jedox, and willingness to travel about 10%.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed studies in business or finance.
• You have experience in financial analysis and cost center controlling.
• You possess strong analytical and financial skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
• You have experience with data digitization, automation and data visualization.
• You have good understanding of financial planning processes and KPIs, as well as their connection to operational processes and parameters.
• You have experience supporting and driving a business forward through financial analysis, executive communication and project management.

Aufgaben

• You will act as Business Partner to service leaders of various functions, managing day-to-day business.
• You will lead financial controlling and planning processes and provide executive level reports.
• You will develop capacity planning models and determine headcount in line with cost targets.
• You will drive service efficiency improvements and document productivity measures.
• You will develop and monitor costs for the DX service portfolio and collaborate on pricing decisions.
• You will own the annual service fair value process, including internal controls and audits.
• You will support monthly close activities and ad-hoc requests.
